CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1) Booking Deposit - £10.00 minimum or 10% of total order. (This is not the hire deposit, see 3.)
2) Booking Deposit is due within 7 days of booking - if not paid, confirmation of booking is not given.
3) A hire deposit will be required before the hire commences. The hire deposit will be agreed on placement of order and must be paid prior to, or on collection/delivery of order.
4) Deposits will be refunded after the equipment has been returned and checked in at our MCM Event Hire Ltd branch. Any damage or breakage will be charged for, as will equipment returned dirty.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Cancellation up to collection/delivery date payable in full. 14 days prior to ordered will automatically make order Accounts. On booking equipment no deposit will be required. However, if equipment is cancelled as above then a £10.00 or 10% (+ VAT), or the whole order invoice will be raised and sent through whichever the case may be.
1) Orders are accepted in accordance with the HAE conditions printed on the hire contract.
2) Hire prices cover up to 3 Days.
3) Hire rates are exclusive of VAT.
4) A delivery/collection service is available, charged extra to the hire rate, if required.
Our delivery Service includes:
Delivery and Collection to and from a suitable entrance.
Additional work or reassembly of equipment will be subject to a handling charge.
We strongly advise hirers to supervise delivery and collection collection of orders. In the event of a representative not being present at the time of collection, we must ask customers to accept our assessment ofloss or damage (if any).
Customers are reminded that they are responsible for the security of all equipment from the time of delivery to the time the equipment is returned, including boxes and cartons .
5) All equipment should be returned in a clean condition. A cleaning charge will result for equipment retuned in a dirty condition. This charge can be agreed in advance of the hire.
6) All furniture is hired on the condition that it is for indoor use. Damages, shortages and breakages will be charged according to replacement cost.
7) Minimum hire charge is £5.00 when collected from MCM Event Hire Ltd.
8) All prices, sizes and types are for guidance only and are liable to altemtion without prior notice.
9) All goods supplied in multiples are wrapped for cleanliness and are ready for use.
